Adeel A. Shah is the Chairman and CEO, of TelniaSoft, Inc and the world renowned author of Sandstorm: a leaderless revolution in the digital age, the first book about the Arab Spring and social media. Adeel has a long, distinguished career in which he has formulated and successfully executed strategic plans for international and domestic commercial firms. His relationships with investment banks, securities companies, and venture capital markets give him the capability to successfully fund companies at various stages of development. His strong leadership ability, sophisticated management skills, and in-depth industry knowledge allow him to develop and grow companies from incubation through public or M&A exits. His extensive network with C-class corporate executives, international investors, international bankers, senior government officials, and high quality professional community give TelniaSoft's clients excellent reach into funding sources as well as new customers. He is primarily involved in raising private equity, catering to high net worth individuals, financial institutions, corporations, governments/quasi-governmental organizations and family businesses. Fazal Shah is one of TelniaSoft, Inc. founding members and is integral part of executive core team to develop the company to its true potential. He leads all company divisions to enhance their business strength. His valuable Information Technology experience gives company an edge to compete in global business market. His business network includes US government agencies officials, State and County agencies Executives, commercial businesses owners, and Financial Institutions functional Managers. Fazal Shah had a career as computer scientist in Information Technology field his specific experience relates to Analysis, designing, Developing, and implementing computer systems and networking. He trained statewide State personnel on regional computer systems. He has managed and led Small Business Innovation Research Program for one of defense agency program. He has extensive experience working with US government agencies and commercial entities to develop relationship and acquire mutual business benefits for his company business. His educational background includes Bachelor in Computer Science as major with minor in Electrical Engineering from PENN State University, Master of Science and Master of Business Administration (MS & MBA) from University of Maryland University College. His extra curriculum activities include setting up team to develop strategy and functional programs.
Irfan has a diversified experience in Project Management, Information Technology and Marketing. Possessing entrepreneurial personality, combined with strong decision-making, inter-personal communication and presentation skills, Irfan has been instrumental in success of various projects and marketing of solutions like Document Management System, Assets Performance Management Systems and computer systems. Irfan joined TelniaSoft in 1999 as Country Manager. Before that Irfan was associated with Computer & Office Products, a company established in 1993 by Irfan himself and a local investor. Irfan's role was as General Manager of the company. Irfan is also associated with GMC-TIN [Asia/Pacific Secretariat) an initiative by Mr. Kofi Annan, the Secretary General of the United Nations. Prime objective of the project is to improve quality of education in developing countries like Pakistan. The organization offers technology-based training programs through key Pakistani universities, colleges, institutes, local councils, NGOs and Community Boards, etc. to individuals enhance their efficiency as well as self-sustainability. Irfan has been very active in promotion of this type of education by way of developing strategies, improvement in client servicing, customer acquisition strategies and conducting seminars, awareness workshops, presentations, etc. He has also been on the advisors list of the Director Strategic Alliances, GMC-TIN CCI' on various issues as well as promotion of technology-based training in Pakistan. Deep understanding of the art of customers servicing, analysis of their requirements and suggesting solutions that satisfies their requirements, Irfan has been very successful in marketing of eDOX (a Document Management System) that converts paper-based data to an efficient electronic filing system that helps customers to manage their paper-based data more efficiently and reliably. Irfan is closely working with Shahnawaz Engineering (Private) Limited in providing project management expertise in their on-shore and off-shore projects. Irfan is also actively involved in the implementation of Document Management System at Louis Burger Inc., a US-based company engaged in consultation of the New Islamabad Airport project. Irfan is also a visiting faculty of different Universities and teaches IT subjects to their students. Having Masters Degree in Electronics, Irfan holds many certifications as well on his credit.
With 25 years of experience in accounting and auditing, Mr. Muhammad Tahir recently joined the company to serve as a Managing Partner. Tahir has served a variety of businesses in Pakistan and USA including the Bank of New York as an Assistant Vice President and Marco Polo Companies located at Wall Street New York, as a controller. Tahir has in-depth knowledge of accounting procedures and policies, implementation and control. He had been running his own business providing accounting solutions to various USA based businesses. After completing four years' of Articles from a member firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in 1994, Tahir served them as an auditor for two years and achieved intermediate qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan in 1996. During the whole audit period of six years Tahir audited various companies engaged in the businesses of Banking, Modarabas, Leasing, Manufacturing, Mining, Transportation, Port, Distributors, Electric supply corporations etc.
